Deposit is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due prior to pickup.

We will not prepare structures for pickup without full payment.

For cancellations, a 50% refund will be given with 30 days advance notice.



Rentals are for 5 days - from Wednesday to Monday.


Custom designed projects require a 50% deposit and final balance is due 3 weeks before delivery.



Pickup is available beginning Wednesday at 9am. Drop off/return is Monday before 5pm. If you need assistance please reach out beforehand. 

Drop off return is self-service but must be returned before 5pm Monday night. Instructions are provided with rental confirmation.

*Returns after 9pm Monday night will accrue a late fee of $100.




Just because it’s metal, doesn’t mean it’s indestructible. Please move, stack and handle our structures with care.


Any damaged or missing items will incur an additional fee. Bolts are $5 EACH (many are custom made). 


Damaged structures requiring labor will be charged on an hourly basis at a $95/hour rate. Most common reason for damage is attempting to move structures when they are assembled. Please do not move structures once assembled!

Please take a moment to review the structure pieces when you order them and again when you pick them up to understand how they are assembled, what their dimensions are and any other details that are needed for your event.

Refunds are not given once we’ve pulled a structure for you. 


Safety with our structures is our primary concern. Everything is designed to be stable and secure. However, terrain, high winds, excessive/unbalanced weight and misuse can alter the stability. 

Any damage to a person or property is during a rental period is not the responsibility of The Vessel.
